Interior Design Services
Brandt Design Group offers a variety of design services.
COMPLETE INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE
Brandt Design Group’s full-scope interior design services include:
- Space Planning
- Interior Architectural Design/Detailing
- Finishes, Furniture, Fabric Selections
- Artwork Selection & Coordination
- Graphics & Signage Coordination
- Green/Sustainable Design Focus using LEED certification
Brandt Design Group can provide all or any one of these services to meet your project requirements. We can also collaborate with other design consultants for any of the above services. Many possibilities exist to work together - collaboration of companies where BDG could provide lead user interaction at all meetings as it relates to the Interior Design portion of the project – working very closely with the architects on the development of all design solutions. Ultimately the architectural firm could document the full package with general coordination provided by Brandt Design Group. A “win-win” for the client – pulling from the significant knowledge, experience and resources of both teams.
TENANT IMPROVEMENT WORK
Space planning services and tenant improvement drawings for commercial and medical office buildings are available from Brandt Design Group. We can work with your existing contractor or assist with bidding plans out to your general contractor. Complete interior design services and procurement of finishes and furniture are also available for tenant improvement projects. Brandt Design Group also offers a “turn-key” process for all of these services so that you only have to deal with one source from the inception to the completion of your project. This often results in reduced project management fees and greater control of the project schedule.
SPACE PLANNING
Space allocations are planned with an in depth consideration and understanding of:
- Title 24 code issues
- Functional aspects of various medical services and user groups
These services are offered independent of Tenant Improvement Work if the client desires.
PROCUREMENT COORDINATION
Brandt Design Group can act as the client’s representative to coordinate furniture and artwork procurement and installation. We work with the selected dealership or the client’s purchasing agent to assist in this process. We can also set up direct accounts on behalf of the client and assist with the management of the process. To assist with our client’s budgeting needs, we have often obtained discounts of more than 50% on finishes and furniture. The attention to detail that we offer through this process is valued by our clients.
WAYFINDING
Wayfinding services are offered as a part of the project process or can be offered on a separate consulting service only. Typical consulting service would be a one day site analysis with a written summary of findings. We create a Wayfinding system by utilizing landmark and reinforcement elements that include interior graphic elements, signage, artwork, lighting and interior architecture.
SIGNAGE COORDINATION
Brandt Design Group develops the initial overall design concept. We will then work with a variety of signage consultants that together create a dynamic and creative final solution for the entire project. All areas are designed and detailed to create a bid package that is clear and concise. This service can be incorporated within the Wayfinding package or can be developed separately.
FURNITURE INVENTORY
Our objective here is to provide the client with an accurate listing of fixed and major moveable equipment as well as minor equipment suitable for re-use, refurbishment or liquidation.
