Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, Pediatric Medical Office Building
The Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Pediatric Medical Office Building (PMOB) is an exciting new five-story, 105,000-square-foot facility coming to the vibrant corner of Barton Road and Anderson Street in Loma Linda, CA. This transformative project will redevelop 3.6 acres of the 5.84-acre site, while maintaining a portion of the existing parking for added convenience.
Designed by Mascari Dinh Architects and with interiors crafted by Brandt Design Group, Inc., this state-of-the-art building will be home to pediatric hospital-based clinics, offering 150 exam rooms and comprehensive support areas. Fully compliant with OSHPD-3 standards, the PMOB will proudly operate under the Children’s Hospital license, ensuring top-quality care for young patients in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed environment.
Our design for the new Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Pediatric Medical Office Building is inspired by the powerful imagery of a tree planted by the water, symbolizing strength, resilience, and continuous growth. By incorporating vibrant colors and playful themes throughout the clinic, we aim to create a welcoming, stress-free environment that sparks creativity and connection. This space is more than a clinic—it’s a place where children can feel at ease, learn, and thrive, fostering both their physical and emotional well-being. We are thrilled to bring this innovative, holistic approach to pediatric care to life!
